1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: single-person sofas, floor lamps, and small blankets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Sofas:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Adhere to weight limits.

  • Do not stand on furniture.

Floor Lamps (Electrical Safety):

  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage.

  • Keep flammable materials away from bulbs.

Small Blankets:

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions.

3. Flammability Standards
Our products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Upholstered Furniture: California TB 117-2013

  • Textiles: 16 CFR Part 1610

  • Electrical: UL 153 (portable lamps)

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, electrical issues, accidents).
